SDC provide 24 hour technical support for cinemas across the UK with on-site response when needed.
In the first instance you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Every effort will be made to address the issue remotely, via email or over the phone.
In instances where we can’t address the issue remotely, SDC has a fast emergency response vehicle and technicians in London available 24 hours a day. We will attend your premises as soon as possible so that we can address the issue in person and save your screening.
